This project features a dramatic exterior renovation that transformed a dated beige split-level home into a bold, modern farmhouse-inspired retreat. The original faded siding and white trim were replaced with a sleek, deep olive exterior and contrasting black accents, giving the home a fresh, contemporary look. Additional updates include refinished railings and garage doors, all contributing to a cohesive and elevated curb appeal.
The goal was to enhance the home's character while blending seamlessly with the natural surroundings. The result is a striking transformation that not only boosts aesthetic value but also modernizes the home's presence in the neighborhood.

Fireplace Update
This fireplace transformation project modernizes a traditional feature into a sleek, contemporary focal point. The original red brick surround was replaced with a smooth, white finish that brightens the space and creates a clean, minimalist aesthetic. The hearth was updated with a complementary neutral surface, grounding the design and enhancing the fireplace’s visual impact. This update not only refreshes the room but also seamlessly integrates the fireplace into a more modern interior design.

Complete Bathroom Remodel
This bathroom underwent a full-scale transformation from a dated and deteriorated space into a modern, functional retreat. The remodel began with a complete gut down to the studs and subfloor, allowing for essential structural and plumbing updates to ensure long-term durability.
Outdated fixtures and finishes—including wood cabinetry, dated tile, and a bulky shower enclosure—were replaced with contemporary elements. The updated design features a fresh black-and-white color palette that feels both bold and clean, complemented by wood-tone flooring that adds warmth. A sleek new bathtub and shower surround with built-in shelving maximizes storage and style. The updated vanity and mirror pair with improved lighting to brighten the space and improve daily functionality.
From the ground up, every detail was refreshed, transforming this once-cramped and worn-out bathroom into a welcoming, efficient, and stylish space ideal for modern living.

A Better Use of Space
This renovation project breathed new life into a previously unfinished and underutilized living space, transforming it into a warm, welcoming, and highly functional part of the home. The ceiling was fully insulated and finished with clean drywall, dramatically improving both energy efficiency and aesthetics. New trim work around the windows and doors added structure and polish, while fresh paint brightened the walls and created a modern, cohesive feel throughout the room.
A new ceiling fan was installed to enhance comfort and air circulation. The adjoining pantry was also a new addition, featuring custom-built shelving for organized, easy-to-access storage. With fresh trim and a dedicated workspace area, the pantry is now a practical and visually integrated extension of the main living space.
We turned this into a cozy, modern living area with ample storage space. This transformation is a great example of turning unfinished potential into stylish everyday function.
